The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a coffee barista
• Ability to multitask, therefore a hard-working attitude is key
• Training will be given but willingness to learn is essential
• Exceptional listening and communication skills
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
• A polite, engaging and customer focused personality
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
