At Wild & Ginger, we are passionate about local, sustainably sourced ingredients and only work with suppliers who share our values. All food is prepared, from the raw ingredients, and cooked on site. We want the ingredients to do the talking so use minimal processes. We will never use any preservative, additives or trans fats.

• Prior barista experience required, preferably with developed Latte art skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  As a Barista you will play a crucial customer facing role, welcoming and serving our customers. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the business founder/baker and make a meaningful contribution to an independent business.

This is a part time role located in Southbourne, Bournemouth for a Barista. The Barista will be responsible for taking orders, preparing drinks, plating up and serving food items to customers. The role includes opening and closing duties and shifts are usually 6:30-12 or 12-5, we are open Tues-Sun so availability to work weekends is essential. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and building good rapport with our customers. Wild & Ginger opened in October 2023 and we are looking to grow our team with colleagues who share our passion for good food and drink.
