We’re looking for a friendly, confident bartender to join the part-time team at Bryn Williams @ Theatr Clwyd – a brand-new restaurant and bar set within one of North Wales’ most creative and exciting venues.
From pre-show drinks to bar snacks during the interval, you’ll help create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere – delivering great service with pace and personality, while upholding food and drink hygiene standards at all times.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and care.
• Serving bar snacks as part of the overall guest experience.
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Creating a warm, approachable atmosphere for theatre-goers and diners alike.
• Keeping the bar area clean, well-stocked and running efficiently during busy periods.
• Working closely with the wider front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly.
