The Lot 1 Pasta Bar team is looking for a part time bartender/manager. Bartending responsibilities include, opening, closing and stocking the bar for service. Serving guests and making drinks to Lot 1 standards. Thorough and ongoing understanding of our menu. Answering phones, taking and ringing in takeout orders. Continuous stocking of restaurant supplies and prepping of bar recipes. Handling payments and shift cash outs.

Variable Manager duties include, driving service standards and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Leading, coaching and organizing the restaurant team. Engaging with guests and staff to create a positive restaurant experience. Promoting a health and safety culture and facilitating communication in the restaurant.

• One part time positions available. You must have Sunday through Thursday AM and PM availability.
