JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Educated Budtender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems and the ability to thrive in neighborhood driven cannabis environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous bud tending experience is an asset
• Familiarity with Greenline POS is an asset - will train the right candidate
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions
• Experience in dispensary safety practices
• Background in retail or the cannabis industry is highly desirable
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude with customers is a must.

• Serve Customers in store as well as pack online orders and have them sent out efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, promoting brands and in store promotions, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all store areas, including bathrooms, kitchen and storage areas.
• Operate Greenline POS systems for order processing and cash handling
• Daily Audit checks of inventory levels
• Demonstrate knowledge of cannabis and different smoking accessories to enhance guest experiences
• Uphold all health and safety regulations pertaining to reserved cannabis
