JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced bartender who is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in casual-fine dining and a love for food and beverage.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a bartender in a casual-fine dining atmosphere.
• Possess a valid Serving It Right certificate.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Provide excellent service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service and a seamless dining experience.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of bar supplies.
• Engage with members and guests to enhance their experience.
