Our newest addition, is the official distributor of a new line of inflatable boats across North America. We are seeking a motivated Bilingual (English/French) Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. No limits - become the brand lead!
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, has a passion for the outdoors/boating, and wants to grow with a dynamic, entrepreneurial company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual in English & French (verbal and written).
  • Prior customer service or sales experience (marine, outdoor, sporting goods, or e-commerce is an asset).
  • Comfortable handling inbound calls/emails and guiding customers through purchase decisions.
  • Tech-savvy: able to use CRM, email platforms, and online chat tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a part-time, flexible schedule environment.
  • Interest in boating, marine products, or outdoor activities is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and French.
  • Assist retail customers with product selection (boats, accessories, motors) based on their needs.
  • Provide basic quotes and process online/phone orders.
  • Support dealer & wholesale inquiries from Quebec, Ontario, and U.S. markets.
  • Manage after-sales communication: warranties, FAQs, setup guidance, service intake.
  • Cross-sell accessories, motors, and related marine products to maximize order value.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and customer communications in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve products, website content, and marketing.
