About the Role As a clinic-based BCBA at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing caregiver coaching and support Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers Compensation & Benefits Competitive Hourly Rate: $36-41/hour Paid Time Off Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule: Part-Time; between the hours of 8am-2pm Location: 3319 N.
