JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires proficiency in Quick Books Online and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks online is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
