OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and experience with various accounting software. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within the accounting field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles including accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and payroll processing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis and budgeting effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records by recording all transactions in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
