A small downtown office needs an office administrator to do bookkeeping and basic clerical work. Receivables, payables, and account reconciliations. Other duties include sending COI and W9 for new clients. Our offices are located in downtown Indianapolis and would require an in-person staff member to complete tasks. This position can have flexible hours for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and procedures.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Post invoices for account receivables.
  • Receive payments and make deposits.
  • Collect past-due accounts.
  • Enter bills and pay vendors.
  • Work with QuickBooks On-line

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
