We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Bookkeeper & Payroll Administrator to join our team. If you have a strong background in math or accounting, experience in bookkeeping, and proficiency in QuickBooks, we’d love to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong math or accounting background (degree or relevant experience preferred)
  • Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
  • Experience with ADP payroll software (an asset but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior bookkeeping experience is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
  • Process invoices, payments, and bi-weekly payroll
  • Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, tracking and managing payments
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and track expenses
  • Calculate and administer sales commissions
  • Assist with tax filings and financial reporting
  • Work closely with management to ensure financial accuracy
