• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong track record of managing financial records.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant accounting software.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance standards.
