JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join the Vital team. Accountability and attention to detail are critical to this role. The role will involve full-cycle bookkeeping for the company, including: payroll, monthly reconciliation of Canadian and US bank accounts and credit cards, GST, PST, WCB filling, and generating month-end and quarterly reports. This role will also assist with coordination of employee benefits and general administration, and reports directly to Ownership.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of relevant bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient with Sage 50 and ADP software
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong ability to self-motivate and produce consistent, timely, accurate results
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $25.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

  • French not required

Experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
