The Role We are looking for a hands-on Brand & Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of our external presence. This is not a coordination role. You will be responsible for shaping how we position ourselves - across our website, LinkedIn, and overall brand narrative. What You Will Own Website revamp: review, restructure, and rewrite key messaging to clearly reflect who we are and what we do. LinkedIn presence: build and execute a consistent content strategy for both the company page and leadership profiles. Brand positioning: clarify and refine how we communicate our services, value, and differentiation. Content creation: develop high-quality, business-focused content (case studies, insights, employer branding). Employer branding: support visibility of our culture, projects, and people to attract strong talent. 5 - 8 years of experience in B2B marketing (consulting, tech, or SaaS preferred) Strong experience with LinkedIn content strategy and positioning Proven ability to revamp or build websites (content and structure, not coding) Excellent copywriting skills - clear, sharp, no fluff Ability to translate complex services into simple, compelling messaging Comfortable working directly with leadership and challenging ideas when needed Working Style Independent and ownership-driven Practical and business-oriented (not just “creative”) Able to move fast and deliver without heavy processes What Success Looks Like Within the first few months, you will: Bring clarity and structure to our website Establish a consistent and professional LinkedIn presence Strengthen how we communicate our value to both clients and candidates Real ownership and impact - you will shape the company’s external voice Direct exposure to leadership and strategic decisions Flexible, remote-first environment Opportunity to grow the role as the company scales This opportunity is managed by Noema Consulting.
