We have four hotels in Estes Park, Colorado: The Silver Moon Inn, The Appenzell Inn, The Estes Mountain Inn, and Hotel Estes. JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during the breakfast service. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy helping others start their day with a positive experience, we want to hear from you!

SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Experience in hospitality or catering is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Basic knife skills for food preparation tasks may be beneficial.
• Willingness to help team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with a variety of food items.
• Ensure all food items are presented attractively and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Assist guests with their breakfast selections and provide information about menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
• Monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and report any shortages.
