Note: 3-day availability is acceptable but must include Sunday.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Breakfast Chef to join our team at Ty’n Rhos. This is a seasonal position with immediate start until the end of October. As the sole chef during your shift, you will be responsible for the smooth running of breakfast service for up to 19 rooms, ensuring high-quality food is prepared and served in a timely and professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of proven kitchen experience
• Ability to work independently and manage the kitchen efficiently
• Strong attention to detail, especially in food quality and cleanliness
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within the shift
• Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of managing the kitchen on your own
• Own transport is essential (no public transport to the village)

• Open the kitchen and prepare for breakfast service
• Cook breakfast to order for guests, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste
• Perform clean down duties after service, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Prepare for the following morning’s breakfast service, including basic food prep for dinner service
• Work independently, managing the kitchen and food preparation for up to 37 breakfasts (maximum)
• Ensure kitchen hygiene standards are maintained at all times
• Ensure stock levels are managed and food items are replenished as needed
