POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast items in a timely and consistent manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience (hotel or breakfast service preferred).
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent guest service.

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items (buffet and à la carte) according to hotel standards.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and assist with stock rotation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and support other areas as required.
