Responsibilities Provide proactive customer services at MTR Bus Stop (Tuen Mun/Yuen Long/Tin Shui Wai/Tai Po) including assisting passengers' boarding or alighting from buses, answering passengers’ enquiries and performing crowd control duties Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisor e.g. promotional activities Requirements Form 3 or equivalent with related customer service experience, or completion of HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent Good command of spoken Cantonese and able to communicate in English, basic Putonghua is an advantage Proactive and customer-oriented mindset Remarks Hourly rate is $75 and free travel on MTR network will be provided during employment Required to work 5 days per week (including Monday to Sunday) and approximately 2 hours per day (during morning or afternoon peak hours) or as scheduled according to bus operations Required to wear uniform Applicants who can work from 7:00 am to 9:00 am or 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm will be given priority consideration
