We’re now looking for a proactive Business Development Manager with industry insight to help drive growth and expand our client base across the North West and beyond.
This is a key strategic role ideal for someone with experience in business development, sales, or marketing within architecture, construction, or property-related sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential and commercial development sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, agents, and planning professionals.
  • Represent the practice at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings.
  • Support bid writing, fee proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Work closely with Directors to develop marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and business development reporting.
