The Back Server is responsible for the maintenance, stocking, and cleanliness of the front of house restaurant and bar and all other functions that increase the front-of-house team's efficiency and productivity at Ole Red in the Nashville International Airport. * Continually bus tables throughout shift. * Reset tables within three minutes of guest's departure. * Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift, keeping all floors free of food, trash, or other obstacles. * Clean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff * Keep the booster seats and high chairs clean--alert Manager on Duty about any highchair safety issues. * Handle side duties to support bartender including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers which may require lifting/moving up to 50lbs. * Perform opening/running/closing side duties according to Ryman/OEG policy. * Dispose of trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles. Ensure trash receptacles are clean, lined, and odor-free. * Maintain Ryman/OEG safety and sanitation standards. * Par all ice bins to the fullest levels at all times. * Par all bars per venue specification * Attend pre-shift meeting conducted by Manager on Duty prior to start of each shift. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education * High school diploma or equivalent preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Strong communication skills, demonstrated team player, self-starter * Professional communication skills while interacting with guests and co-workers * Ability to maintain a high level of sanitation and safety is required at all times Licenses / Certifications * Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge, including successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

The Back Server is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the front of house restaurant and bar. This includes bussing tables, resetting tables promptly, and supporting bartenders with stocking duties.
