Description Join our Campus Store team as a Part Time Retail Clerk with McCallie. McCallie, founded in 1905 and serving nearly 1,000 day and boarding students from 28 states and 19 countries, is one of the country’s premier independent schools and a national leader in educating boys in grades 6-12. As stated in our strategic plan, McCallie takes an expansive view of education, seeking to form the whole boy. In his journey to manhood, McCallie comes alongside the student and supports his mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional development. This is a part time position with an ideal work schedule of Tuesday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 4:15 pm, with 1 hour for lunch. Will also help in the stadium store on Friday nights. May have flexibility to accommodate many different schedule preferences. It is considered non-exempt under the FLSA, and it is not eligible for benefits. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers, answer their questions, and help them with their purchases. Operate cash register for in-store purchases as well as fill online orders. Sales Support: Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately at the point of sale. Merchandising: Help keep our store organized by tagging new merchandise upon arrival, stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are neatly presented. General Store & Post Office Operations: Contribute to general store upkeep, sorting packages in the post office, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all. Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to achieve daily goals and ensure smooth operations.
