We are hiring a Part-time Candidate Sourcer to handle candidate sourcing, screening, admin. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates via LinkedIn, Apollo, ContactOut, and other platforms Review LinkedIn profiles, resumes, manage scheduling, and handle email communication Reach out to candidates via LinkedIn, email, calls Requirements: ✔ Proven experience in recruiting / sourcing ✔ Fluent English & strong communication skills ✔ Attention to details ✔ Must have a strong, professional LinkedIn profile ✔ Able to cold call candidates confidently ✔ Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable ✔ Part-time availability (occasional weekends) Contract Part-time Position (5 hours per day - 5 days per week) – Remote – Test required before interview Compensation: $250/month (additional monthly bonus if you hit the targets) If this fits your profile, send your resume and include your LinkedIn link.
