We are seeking kind and compassionate people to join our MORNING OR EVENING care professional teams! This is a part time position, but you will have the same, regular hours each week. The role will involve helping our clients with all their daily living tasks in morning or evening on weekdays and every other weekend. This position is ideal for people who already have commitments such as children at home, another job or college. Job Description We are looking for kind and compassionate people like you to join our Home Instead community. As a Home Care Assistant, You will be visiting people in their own home to help them with all aspects of their daily routines and provide meaningful companionship at the same time. Our Office is based in Worle, Weston super Mare but we have Clients from Burnham on Sea to Clevedon and everything in between. This is a part time position. The care visits will be between 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The role is for 3 or 4 weekdays plus every other weekend. We also have hours at varied times of day available on the weekends, not just morning/evening hours. Our clients are spread across Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon, Burnham-on-Sea and adjoining areas. As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will be visiting Clients in their own homes to help them with all elements of their tea time/evening/bed time routines, and provide meaningful companionship at the same time. This may also involve providing personal care assistance. We offer: Pay rate of £13.40 (before 6pm on weekdays) - £15.20 (after 6pm and all day on weekends) per hour. Double pay on Bank Holidays. Paid travel time plus paid mileage.Your pay, whenever you need it - take a portion of your pay early, no need to wait until payday. Paid holiday, even on a zero-hour contract. Paid training and shadowing. DBS fee paid Regular working pattern with the same Clients. 24/7 on call support and a friendly and supportive office team. Qualifications Personality, compassion and a sense of humour are more important to us than experience, as we will provide you with full training and shadowing. No previous home care assistant experience is needed. Due to having to travel to clients' own homes, we require candidates to have a UK driving licence and access to their own car.
