St. Patrick Catholic Early Childhood Center is seeking a dedicated and nurturing part-time caregiver to join our team in a classroom of children aged 24+ months. Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 1:30 OR 1:30 - 5:30 Location: St. Patrick Catholic Early Childhood Center What You'll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities As a key member of our team, your day will involve nurturing and educating our young students: Nurturing Care: Change diapers, assist with potty training, and prepare snacks and lunches. Educational Planning: Plan and prepare age-appropriate, engaging activities and lessons that foster growth. Classroom Management: Manage children in a calm, organized manner, thinking ahead to create smooth transitions. Communication & Partnership: Greet parents and students with a welcoming attitude and communicate regularly to support a strong parent partnership. Team Support: Demonstrate a willingness to work wherever needed (Toddler or Infant Room) and follow established processes and routines. Organization: Maintain a clean and organized classroom space (sweeping, mopping, wiping, etc.), take inventory, and communicate with parents. Technology: Comfortable using the Brightwheel app for communication and daily reports. Safety: Certification in CPR (Training can be provided).
