Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with daily living activities and meal preparation. Administer medication and monitor client health as directed. Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. Document client progress and report any changes to supervisors. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving preferred. Previous experience in home health care or related field is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated demeanor. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Background check and drug screening required.
