THE ROLE Cashier Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving client needs quickly. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and debit payments. Handle cash and change securely, ensuring accurate cash management throughout the shift. Issue receipts, process returns and exchanges and ensure that all transactions are documented correctly. Educate customers on our sales and promotions. Maintain checkout area organized and welcoming enhancing the shopping experience. Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure the store runs smoothly and customers are satisfied. Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock to keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized.
