Job Description Assist in the opening and closing of the check-out counters, which includes and but not limited to cash handling and deposit. Support customers with their enquiries and help resolve escalated issues with customers. Assist customers to scan products, operate scanning equipment and fix transaction technical issues. Handles cash transactions and receive and process all payments according to standard operating procedures. Completes, process and maintain applicable paperwork and records to maintain cash registry accuracy. Support the administration process in cash office in accordance to the standard operating procedures and compliance. Understand the department standard operation procedures and conforms to ensure compliance to department audits. Support the department in achieving its KPIs and main actions. Ensure that you contribute towards actions that will secure “First Time Right” for our customers. Live our value of "Togetherness" by being cooperative in assisting in other job and operations-related duties as assigned. Qualifications You can to commit to a 24-hour work week (6 hours per day, excluding 1 hour break, 4 days a week), as well as shift-work You are available to work on at least two weekdays as well as Saturday and Sunday. You can commit working on AM/PM shift, including weekends and public holidays. You have an interest in home decoration and furnishing. You are energetic, friendly, and pleasant, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service You have an outgoing personality paired with strong interpersonal skills You are a committed and responsible team player who excels in a fast-paced environment. You are meticulous, detailed-oriented, highly observant and comfortable with handling cash transactions and other modes of payment. You are computer literate and able to multi-task and work under pressure. You have strong integrity and sincerity.
