Description Shifts include: Monday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Wednesday: 1:00 pm- 6:00 pm Thursday: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm Friday: 1:00 pm- 6:00 pm Sunday: 11am-4pm (last two/three Sundays of the month) (Schedule subject to change based on business needs) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides and ensures exceptional customer service; Accurately and effectively processes payments for products and services sold by the dealership; Promptly, accurately, and courteously answers and directs incoming dealership telephone calls, messages and customer requests to the proper area or person; Performs filing and other clerical functions as designated by the Office Manager; Accurately balances daily cash and paper transactions; Performs other directly related duties consistent with the role and function of the specification.
