JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Banquet Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience during events and banquets. This position requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages, setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is preferred.
  • ProServe certification required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with others seamlessly.
  • Bartending skills are a plus but not required
Responsibilities
  • Set up banquet tables, chairs, and decorations according to event specifications.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed.
  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the breakdown of banquet setups after events are completed.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
