Our locally owned and operated restaurants are known for their delicious food and exceptional service, and as a Catering Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience.

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS

• At least 20 years old
• Driver’s license and good driving record
• Detail-oriented
• High organizational skills
• Can work strong and well under pressure
• Flexibility in schedule
• Computer skills (spreadsheets, back office software)
• Must be dependable, reliable, and committed
• Assist in either BOH or FOH when not catering

• Coordinate and manage catering operations with the Catering Coordinator
• Facilitate all catering pick-up and deliveries between the hours of 3pm and 7pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
• Available to facilitate all catering pick-up and deliveries between the hours of 7am and 5pm on Tuesdays
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of catering orders
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
