POSITION OVERVIEW

The Central Supply staff member is responsible for ordering, organizing, and distributing nursing supplies to ensure that residents and staff have the resources they need. This position plays an important role in maintaining an efficient and well-stocked facility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous supply or inventory experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Reliability and attention to detail

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the day
• Moderate lifting and carrying of supplies
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet physical demands of the role
  JOB TYPE: Part-Time

• Order nursing supplies in a timely manner
• Distribute supplies to units as needed
• Keep supply room neat, organized, and well stocked
• Monitor inventory and track supply usage
• Work with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate supply levels
