We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is comfortable performing light housekeeping tasks in addition to delivering quality personal care. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy living environment - Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs - Monitor and report on clients’ health status and any changes in condition - Follow care plans and adhere to safety and hygiene standards - Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client interactions Skills and Qualifications: - Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Prior experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred - Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor - Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks efficiently - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required) - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Knowledge of basic health and safety regulations We foster a caring, inclusive culture that values growth and professional development.
