Part Time Chef / Cook / Baker required for a rural Tea Rooms within Peak District, but could accommodate flexible hours for the right candidate.
Looking at least two days plus extra days to cover, NO EVENING WORK but required to work alternate Weekend day shifts. Candidate must also be willing to help with the baking side of the business.
The Award winning Roaches Tea Rooms is a family run business which are located on the South-western edge of the Peak District National Park with breath-taking views.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or culinary setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient meal preparation
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work weekends, and extra hours over the holiday periods as required
