The Elm Tree Glounthaune are currently recruiting a Part Time Chef de Partie to join our Award Winning team at the Elm Tree, one of Cork most reputable Restaurants.
This role would suit someone who is looking for 2 or 3 shifts per week to work along side with a very organised team will help their way to achieving this.
It’s a great opportunity to work in one of Corks best loved restaurants with fantastic support around them.

• Preparation and service on evening a la carte Menu.
• The running of evening service per section,
• Sections include, Mains, Pass, Starters
• Ensure all Haccp and cleaning responsibilities are carried to company standards.
• Aware of the changing and challenging Market to maintain the Kitchen Margin.
