OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, while delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a similar Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervision.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen operations.
  • Previous experience in food production is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
