We’re looking for a talented part time chef to join our team at Mara, on the Shore in Leith. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something special, helping us deliver a menu that reflects the best of seasonal, local produce with dishes designed to complement our carefully curated drinks list.
As the chef in our cozy, modern venue, you will help us bring something unique to the Shore’s dining scene. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a close-knit team, has an excellent eye for detail, and has a genuine passion for cooking fresh food that is made to share. EXPERIENCE

• Essential: Experience cooking a wide variety of food including breakfast and brunch dishes.
• Essential: Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Ideally: Experience working independently. You are comfortable doing solo shifts.
