POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time Chef to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working between 10-25 hours per week, with shifts based both in our restaurant and as part of our mobile catering team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their culinary skills and contribute to the success of our growing business.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience working as a chef in a restaurant or catering environment.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for food, with a focus on Mexican cuisine preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management as needed.
• Represent Pellizco with professionalism and enthusiasm while working at mobile catering events.
