JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a passionate and experienced chef to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Italian dishes, ensuring each dish is presented with the highest quality and taste.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in an Italian restaurant or a related role.
• Proficiency in Italian cooking techniques and traditions.
• Ability to work under pressure and possess strong teamwork skills.
• Valid food safety certification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Prepare and cook various Italian dishes, including pasta, pizza, desserts, and Breakfast.
• Ensure the high quality and consistency of all food items.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in menu planning and daily specials.
• Manage and train kitchen assistants and other staff.
• Control food costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Regularly check and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Cooking and Presenting dishes as per the company standards.
