Due to exciting growth and expanding operations, we’re now on the lookout for a second passionate and reliable Part-Time Chef to join our team in Port Macquarie. This role is perfect for someone seeking long-term stability with the potential to grow into full-time hours as our venue continues to thrive.

About the Role:

• Part-time hours to start: Wednesdays to Sundays – lunch service + 1 dinner + event work
• Join an established team in a growing venue known for great food and events
• Opportunity to be involved in creative menus, functions, and seasonal events
• Must be available to start immediately
• We are seeking someone committed for a minimum of four years as we expand our operations

What You Bring:

• At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to work independently and confidently on the line
• Experience with event or function-style service a plus
• A genuine love for food, fresh produce, and teamwork
• Flexibility, great time management, and strong work ethic
• Immediate start required, with long-term commitment essential

Pay Range:
Penalty rates for weekends & public holidays. Higher rates negotiable for highly experienced chefs
