EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE:

  • Proven CFO or senior financial leadership experience, ideally in consumer health, e-commerce, or research-based product companies.
  • Strong command of financial modelling, forecasting, and investor communication.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Deep knowledge of German & EU financial regulations.
  • Proficient in financial systems, data analysis, and accounting best practices.

Responsibilities

As our part-time CFO, you’ll partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive Augment Life’s financial strategy and ensure scalable growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Strategy & Planning: Craft financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term projections aligned with expansion goals and sustainable mission.
  • Financial Reporting: Produce and present regular financial statements and analysis to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Cash Flow & Capital: Oversee cash flow optimisation, manage funding needs, and advise on capital structure and investor strategies.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure alignment with German/EU regulations and reporting standards for supplements and e-commerce.
  • Operational Efficiency: Propose and implement improvements across accounting, ERP, and finance processes.
  • Leadership: Guide a small finance team or external partners, supporting accurate and timely financial operations.
