We are looking for a confident, independent cleaner who can take direction and use their own initiative. You will be based in Veterinary offices in Hadnall. This is an ideal location for someone in Wem/ Hadnall/ Battlefield area.
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: 10 hours per week, Mon- Thursday 5:30pm - 8pm
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in each location. Duties will usually include the following:
· Vacuum cleaning hard and soft floors
· Spot cleaning of spillages
· Wiping furniture, ledges, pipes, paintwork, doors and polishing door glass
· Emptying and cleaning bins
· Cleaning toilets including sanitary fittings and surrounds
· Mopping and spray cleaning hard floor surfaces
· Wiping and polishing and straightening furniture
· Replenishing janitorial supplies in toilets, etc
· The safe use of chemicals and cleaning materials following Health and Safety guidelines and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
· To operate cleaning machinery in cleaning soft and hard surfaces, eg. vacuum cleaners and polishers following Health & Safety guidelines.
· To maintain Brite Start FM’s standards of hygiene and safety of all Cleaning equipment and Cleaning Cupboards in your charge.
· To report any hazards, defects and any relevant factors to you supervisor.
