Foxley & Harris is a London-based estate agency specialising in lettings and property management. To support our growing portfolio, we are seeking reliable cleaners to take on regular and one-off jobs, including end of tenancy cleans, post-maintenance cleans, and deep cleans.
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced, trustworthy cleaners available for regular weekly/fortnightly jobs as well as short-notice, one-off assignments. Typical work includes preparing properties for new tenants, cleaning after maintenance, and keeping managed homes to a professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean residential flats and houses to a consistently high standard.
• Carry out end of tenancy cleans (kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, carpets, windows, etc.).
• Complete one-off deep cleans and regular ongoing cleans.
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure properties are presented well.
• Report any property issues to the Foxley & Harris management team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years professional cleaning experience (domestic or commercial).
• Right to work in the UK.
• DBS check required.
• Must be able to communicate in basic English.
• References preferred from previous clients/employers.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Own cleaning equipment/supplies desirable but not essential.
• Public liability insurance desirable (especially for end-of-tenancy cleans).

Pay & Hours

• £12.50 per hour.
• Flexible hours depending on assignments.
• Paid per job (self-employed / invoice basis).
