The successful candidate will possess excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for cleanliness. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for but not limited to: Clean and maintain common areas, lobbies, elevators, stairways, and other areas of the property according to established cleaning procedures Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Assist with move-in and move-out cleaning and inspections Notify management of any maintenance or cleaning issues that require attention Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment Other duties as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of cleaning experience Some maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if required Excellent time-management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Part Time Schedule: 25 hours/week, holidays, and on call is possible About CRM Residential: CRM Residential is an award-winning full-service property management company which professionally manages 11,000+ apartments valued in excess of one billion.
