Meridian Spine + Sport is an established health clinic offering chiropractic, physiotherapy, naturopathic medicine and registered massage therapy services. Located in the Oak Ridges community, we offer personalized, high quality health care and outstanding customer service to our patients who come from Richmond Hill, Aurora, King City, Newmarket and beyond.
We are looking for a reliable individual for Tues and Thurs 9-7 shifts with somewhat flexible availability through the week to cover other shift occasionally.
The ideal candidate is an excellent multitasker and a quick learner. You must be tech-savvy with an outgoing personality. Administrative, front desk and service industry experience is a strong asset. Personal experience and knowledge of any of our health care services is also vital. A personal interest in health and fitness is an asset.

Responsibilities include: - Scheduling patient appointments - Collecting payment and performing online extended health billings - Responding to telephone and e-mail inquiries from patients - Communicating with laboratories, healthcare providers and other business contacts - Inventory/pricing/re-stocking products and supplements - Cleaning duties for maintaining office and treatment room tidiness/readiness especially in light of COVID-19 prevention
