ABOUT THE JOB:

Ecole 360 Child Development Center in Palatine is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as part-time Teacher Assistants.

HOURS:

• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  This is a perfect opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work hours while making a positive impact on children’s lives. Whether you’re a student, retiree, or someone seeking part-time work, this role offers a great opportunity to work in a nurturing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in childcare or a related field is a plus but not required.

• Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Assist with daily routines, such as playtime, snack time, and rest periods.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the classroom.
• Communicate effectively with parents and co-workers.
• Ensure a clean and organized classroom environment.
