Job Description
A fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Cocktail Bartender has become available to work for an independent Cocktail Bar in Crystal Palace.
We require a person with good experience in the industry. Very good cocktail, spirit and hospitality industry knowledge is essential. We will however also consider applicants without experience for this role and provide all training.

Cocktail Embassy is located in Crystal Palace, South London, and is spread over two floors, serves a range of bespoke cocktails, and renown itself as a perfect destination to party on weekends and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere on weekdays.
We are open 7 days a week with our basement club open every Friday and Saturday until 3am, where our DJ plays some of the finest soulful house and disco, party classics and smartest RnB. Combining this with our ground floor lounge bar, where the atmosphere is much more relaxed, gives us the opportunity to cater to two different worlds in one venue.
Please note that this is a Part time position with shiftly mainly Fri & Sat with a 4/5 am finish. Please consider travel arrangements back home at early hours.

As the Cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for the serving and suggesting of cocktails and drinks on the bar. A good knowledge of the classic drinks and spirits is a must.
An overall understanding of the industry is essential as we aim to provide an amazing service to our guests combined with great drinks. We will provide necessary training on all our procedures and ingredients used in our specific cocktails, aspects of our service and spirits used in our bar.
