We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Information Technology Office: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Providing technical support to students and teachers in the use of AV/IT facilities of the University; and Assisting the on-duty Technician to install, maintain and administer computer hardware and software at the PC Laboratories and teaching venues. The working hours will normally between 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.. The total working hours will not exceed 17 hours per week and appointees will be required to work at the Main Campus, Jockey Club Campus and Jockey Club Institute of Healthcare at Homantin. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics; With certificate in computer software and/or hardware course an added advantage; and Solid experience in the operation of AV equipment and networked personal computer is preferably. Candidates with immediate availability are preferred. Qualified students are also welcome. *Applicants should indicate the results of HKCEE / HKDSE (or equivalent qualifications) in their applications.
