Description Job Summary: We are seeking a warm, welcoming, and detail-oriented Part-Time (Evenings 4pm-8pm M-F) Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and team members. This role is responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing front desk operations, and supporting the community with administrative services. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills to every interaction, ensuring that our community remains a place of connection, comfort, and care. Key Responsibilities: Greet residents, families, team members, and visitors in a professional, warm, and inviting manner. Maintain a clean, organized reception area that supports a positive community experience. Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting with questions, concerns, and navigating the community, while being mindful of mobility, memory, or sensory needs. Professionally answer and direct phone calls. Provide administrative support including filing, typing, mail sorting, and data entry. Manage front desk operations, guest sign-ins, and security measures. Assist with community communications by maintaining bulletin boards, updating signage, and creating marketing materials. Manage the sale and tracking of various resident and guest purchases. Assist with setup and coordination of activities and events. Build positive, ongoing relationships with residents, families, and team members while upholding ethics and integrity. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred, ideally in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or a similar setting. Professional, patient, and pleasant demeanor. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Technological proficiency (Microsoft Office, typing, printing, multi-line phone systems, etc.). Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation in decision-making. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods.
