Description The George, a newly renovated community in Washington, D.C., is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Concierge to join our property management team. This position supports overnight building operations and plays a critical role in maintaining safety, security, and professionalism during evening hours. Work Schedule: Wednesday – Thursday Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Thursday – Friday Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Friday – Saturday Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) (Exact schedule to be confirmed at offer.) Key Responsibilities: In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Greet residents and guests with a warm, professional attitude Conduct regular building and garage walk-throughs to ensure safety and security Monitor building access and promptly report issues or emergencies Assist residents with package pick-up and maintain an organized package area Respond to resident inquiries and requests quickly and courteously Document maintenance issues, deliveries, and incidents for management Requirements We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (hospitality or customer service experience preferred) 1–2 years of experience in concierge, front desk, or customer service roles Strong communication and organizational skills Professional demeanor with a commitment to excellent service Proficiency with basic computer programs (email, Word, Excel) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays The physical requirements for this position include: Ability to stand, walk, and conduct building rounds during shifts Lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Equal Opportunity Employer We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
